Leak Detection and Repair

Words may not express my gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Hicks and his service - I noticed that our water bill was increasing - I did not think to much into the first bill since it was slightly higher but the next month our bill was almost doubled - we received a letter from the water company notifying us that we may have a possible leak - I reached out to our water company to see what we needed to do - the representative stated many different scenarios and of course we did our dull diligence and check our water lines and outlets that we were able to access - well we did not see anything all I knew is that we needed to get a plumber out to our home because the leak was consistent from 9/5/2026 to today 9/24/2026 - I reached out to our home warranty to see if this would be a covered benefit and it was but we had a cap (that is a story for another day) this is where Mr. Hicks comes in boy he was knowledgable - you could tell he has been doing this trade for a long time - I mean he was not at my house 10 minutes and knew exactly where the problem was -we had a broken PVC pipe near the water meter right in our front yard - he showed me exactly where it was and even provided me some education- he got on the phone immediately with my home warranty - they called me with the approval - Mr. Hicks went work right then and there - it was no coming back - have to reschedule due to parts - he let me know exactly what he had to do and started working - the repairs were done the same day - Mr. Hicks was at my home from 8am to 4pm - that is a whole day of work (Jesus build a fence) - he then showed me the after pictures - asked for my information so he could provide the invoice for me to send to my water company - listen if you need a honest plumber, man of God, very honest and transparent - Mr. Hicks is who you need - I have now locked his number in my phone - Thank you Mr. Hicks - we are forever grateful - many continued blessings to you **The pictures attached are the area he had to repair so you can see all the water that was leaking from the pipe - I did not get a picture of the after but it looks so much better - man we would have never known where this leak was - thank you again Mr. Hicks** V/r, Gregg and Theresa Mitchell Douglasville, GA

Great company to have come out and repair your broken plumbing and repair what the settled water over time had destroyed. I called other places and people would actually not show up. I was referred to Drain Genie by someone I work with. I called and explained my situation. Shortly thereafter Mr.Brian showed up and repaired my plumbing issues. Came back the next day and put the drain pipe in for the standing water since it rains daily, here in Georgia.
